Neosporin & Hydrocortizone

I was reading your information on sweet itch recipes..I have a 7 year old mare that acquired sweet itch 3 years ago & after trying many things the best treatment I found was one I made. It worked so well my vet recommended it to a few folks. Its basically simple & after 4-5 days the area is usually healed up.
Buy the generic Neosporin triple-antibiotic crème (the kind you put on cuts for yourself) then buy the generic Hydrocortisone crème and mix them together 50/50 put this mix on as a thin coat 2-3 times a day. The Hydrocortisone crème stops the itch and the triple-antibiotic crème heals quickly & help hair return.
